I ran into the same problem with PHP 5.3.1. I downgraded to PHP 5.3.0 and was able to get php-cgi to compile without any problems, so I'm beginning to think it's a bug. You should be able to find the binary under the sapi/cgi ...So you don't have to compile php, but you need to put it in a server you can upload it to your hosting service company, or maybe install a server in your PC. To install a server go to: http://www.wampserver.com/ download and install. ...Hi All, I need to cross compile PHP for Wind River Linux. Please give me the steps to do the same.
